Judy Foster to Preside Over Sales Council
Judy Foster of Laguna Niguel, Orange County sales manager for Homebuyers Guide, has been elected 1989 president of the Sales & Marketing Council, the education arm of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
Foster has served as SMC’s first vice president and a member of its executive board and is chairwoman of the upcoming MAME Awards.
The slate of new officers includes Valerie van de Zilver of Mission Hills Mortgage, first vice president; Ed Lohnes of E.J. Lohnes & Co., second vice president; Dave Caillouette of The Baldwin Co., secretary, and Tom Walsh of Meritor Mortgage, treasurer. Marty Reinfried of the Lusk Co. is immediate past president.
Directors are Shirley Brown and Gary Campbell of Homes for Sale Magazine; Carol Carroll, Warmington Homes; M.J.
