Arcadia Man Will Be Seated by Apartment Unit
Ed Kaminski of Arcadia will be installed Monday as president of the Foothill Apartment Assn., succeeding Dave Block of Pasadena. The installation will be held at Glendale Federal Savings & Loan’s Arcadia office.
