Celebrated singer-songwriter Tom Waits will make his official Los Angeles stage debut in Thomas Babe’s “Demon Wine,” opening at Los Angeles Theatre Center Feb. 10. Waits (who appeared in a one-night benefit, “An Evening With Eugene Ionesco,” at the Doolittle last February) will be part of a cast that includes Bud Cort, Carol Kane, Philip Baker Hall, Jan Munroe, Bill Pullman and Vanessa Marquez.
