‘Golden Beaver’ Awards Slated

Golden Beaver awards will be given to four construction executives for leadership in the heavy construction industry on Thursday at the Century Plaza Hotel.

Awardees will be: John E. Chiaverini, senior vice president of the Perini Corp., San Francisco; Thomas R. Kuesel, chairman of Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Quade & Douglas, New York City; Frank R. McCabe, senior account manager of Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, Ill. and John F. Shea, president of the J.F. Shea Co., Walnut, Calif.

The Beavers, founded in 1955, has 900 members throughout the United States.
