A Circuit Court judge in Lake City, Fla., refused to block Ted Bundy’s fourth date with the electric chair next week. The 42-year-old former law student convicted of three murders and suspected of dozens more is scheduled to die at 7 a.m. Tuesday at Florida State Prison. Florida’s Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the case today. “It’s time. . . . We’re approaching the 11th anniversary of the death of Kimberly Leach and Ted Bundy is still alive,” said state Atty. Jerry Blair, who prosecuted Bundy for the 1978 murder of the 12-year-old girl, Bundy’s last victim. Circuit Judge John Peach denied Bundy’s claims in an appeal filed in the city where Bundy abducted the girl.
