* Intermark reported $7.2 million in net income for the third quarter ended Dec. 31. The La Jolla-based mini-conglomerate reported an $864,000 net loss during the corresponding quarter the year before. Intermark’s $7.2-million quarterly profit included a $14-million gain realized by Intermark’s Triton Group subsidiary, which sold its Continental Graphics holdings. Quarterly revenue rose by 25% to $170 million, up from $136 million the previous year.

Intermark reported a $7.4-million net profit for the nine-month period ended Dec. 31. The company reported a $6.2-million net loss during the like period the year before. Revenue for the nine-month period rose by 21% to $546 million, up from $452 million a year ago.
