CMS Enhancements, a Tustin-based manufacturer of personal computer disk drives, has reached a $6-million agreement with Ingram Computer to distribute CMS products.

Under the agreement, Buffalo, N.Y.-based Ingram will distribute CMS hard disk drives, floppy disk drives, cartridge tape drives and accessories.

Ingram Computer’s parent company, Ingram Industries, last week announced an agreement to acquire Santa Ana-based Micro D for $43.9 million and merge it with Ingram Computer. Micro D and Ingram Computer are national distributors of personal computer products. The Ingram Computer/Micro D firm will be based in Santa Ana.
