A Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., company has agreed to buy Remedy Health Services, a division of San Juan Capistrano-based Remedy Home & Health Care Inc., for an undisclosed sum, said Robert E. McDonough, chairman of Remedy Home & Health, RemedyTemp and Remedy Personnel Services. The deal, between Remedy Health and Medical Personnel Pool Inc., is scheduled to close on Feb. 24. A definitive agreement for the acquisition was signed earlier this week. Remedy Health Services has six offices in California and supplies temporary nursing personnel to hospitals, nursing homes and private residences.
