Ending Nuclear Proliferation
Christopher writes about: “ . . . The peril of permitting nuclear arms to fall into the hands of people with fewer inhibitions about putting them to use.” Has he forgotten that we are the only country that has dropped an atomic bomb? Why be concerned about “those” uninhibited people?
