California Commercial Bankshares, parent company of National Bank of Southern California in Santa Ana, posted record net income of $1.85 million last year, a 54% increase over $1.2 million earned the previous year. Annual revenue grew 40% to $18.2 million last year from $13 million in 1987. For the fourth quarter, the bank earned $595,273, a 29% increase over $462,263 in the last quarter of 1987. Quarterly revenue rose 56% to $5.6 million last year from $3.6 million in 1987. The company’s assets at the end of December were $197.9 million, a 44% increase over $137.2 million in assets a year earlier. Total deposits rose 45% to $178.3 million at the end of the year from $123.2 million a year earlier, while total loans grew 20% to $134.8 million from $89.9 million.
