Project Under Way in Santa Monica

Lincoln Place,, a $7.5-million office/retail building being developed by Lincoln Place Associates, is under construction on the northwest corner of Lincoln Boulevard and Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica. The 38,800-square-foot building will feature 8.500 square feet of retail space on the ground level, with the remaining three levels planned for offices. The architect is Matlin+Dvoretzky architects; the general contractor is Morley Construction Co. and financing is being provided by Santa Monica Bank.
