Train Derails in Colorado

REDCLIFF, Colo. —
Fifty-three cars of a freight train derailed Tuesday in the Colorado Rockies and at least one tanker began leaking sulfuric acid into a stream, authorities said. A spokesman for the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department said the accident occurred in a sparsely populated area and that no evacuations were ordered.
