Five-Building Industrial Center Nears Completion

O’Donnell Industrial Center, a 23-acre park at 6th Street and Buffalo Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga being developed by O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners of Irvine is scheduled for completion next month.

Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier built five industrial buildings for the $16-million project, ranging in size from 31,210 to 53,478 square feet. All structures will be divisible.

The center was designed by Himes, Peters, Mason Architects Inc. of Costa Mesa. The leasing agent is Coldwell Banker’s City of Industry office. Chase Manhattan Bank is the lender.
