Sweden Charges Islam Radio Station With Anti-Semitism
Sweden’s attorney general has filed charges against a local Islamic radio station, accusing it of stirring up hatred against Jews.
Atty. Gen. Hans Stark presented a long list of what he said were anti-Semitic statements broadcast by Radio Islam, which broadcasts in the Stockholm area.
He said that if the court rules in his favor, he will close the station.
One quotation from the station said: “What is the Jewish world cult? Yes, peddling and haggling. What is the Jewish world god? Yes, money.”
The station denies that it is anti-Semitic.
