Philippine police have captured a man implicated in the slayings of three Americans near Clark Air Base in October, 1987, a spokesman said. The suspect, Reynaldo Cunanan, 25, is a member of a Marxist urban guerrilla group, according to Lt. Col. Amado Espino, police commander in Angeles, 50 miles north of Manila, where the base is located. Tech. Sgt. Herculana Manganta, Airman 1st Class Stephen Faust and Sgt. Randy Davis were victims of the attack. Two suspects were already in custody while two others were killed in a gun battle with the military.
