LANSING, Mich. — A potential winner of $10.5 million in the Michigan Super Lotto became a big loser by not coming forward to collect the money within the time limit, lottery officials said. A ticket worth that amount in the Feb. 27, 1988, drawing expired a year later, when no one had claimed the prize.
