WORLD : 3 Young E. Germans Flee to West

BAD BRAMSTEDT, West Germany —
Three young East Germans escaped to West Germany early today, West German border police said. A border police spokesman said the three men, aged between 19 and 22, climbed the heavily fortified frontier wall near Ratzeburg, 30 miles northeast of Hamburg.
