Two Navy men assigned to Naval Air Station New Orleans were arrested on charges of espionage and stealing $150,000 worth of classified military parts and electronic components, the Navy said. Donald Wayne King and Ronald Dean Graf, both 23, were arrested Friday, a base spokesman said. The investigation of Graf, an airman aviation storekeeper, and King, an airman apprentice aviation storekeeper, began Jan. 30 when someone who was offered information and aircraft parts alerted the Naval Investigative Service, a Navy official said.
