Commercial Scene : Sky Park Plaza Signs First Tenants

Sky Park Plaza, a recently completed $10-million mixed-use development built on land leased from the city of Los Angeles’ Department of Airports in Van Nuys, has signed up its first tenants, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services.

Florida Tile signed a $1.2 million, five-year lease agreement to occupy 20,000 square feet of warehouse, distribution and showroom space. Budget Office Products of Northridge agreed to occupy 18,000 square feet on a lease term of 10 years valued at $2.2 million.
