Among the programs and organizations providing information and training on raising children to be free of drugs:
* National Parent Resource Institute for Drug Education. Information, pamphlets and training programs. (800) 241-7946.
* National Federation of Parents for Drug-Free Youth. Provides schedules of parent programs and helps to start new ones. Its Reach America program trains “youth prevention leadership,” equipping youngsters to be positive influences among peers.
