Commercial Scene : $60 Million in Projects Set on 10 Acres in Irvine

The WattsonCo., Newport Beach, plans to build two projects valued at $60 million and totaling 250,000 square feet of office space on 10 acres in the Irvine Spectrum development in southern Irvine.
Wattson purchased the site at the northeast corner of Irvine Center Drive and Barranca Parkway for $13 million from the Irvine Co. The two projects will have a total of nine buildings.
