You may apply for permanent residence 18 months after the above date beginning on (add 18 months): Month/Day/Year

The12-month period to file application for permanent residence expires on (add 12 months): Month/Day/Year

These are very important dates. Do not forget them. If you do, you could miss your opportunity to obtain permanent legal status.
