Tyson Sweetens Bid: Tyson Foods Inc. said it is increasing its offer for Holly Farms Corp. to $63.50 a share, or $1.15 billion in cash, from $60 a share. Springdale, Ark.-based Tyson has been pursuing Memphis-based Holly since last October. Tyson Chairman Don Tyson said the increased offer is conditioned on Holly’s ending a lock-up option with its white knight--food products giant ConAgra Inc. Holly and ConAgra agreed to merge last November in a $59.25-a-share stock swap.
