Commercial Scene : Apartment Work Starts on Anaheim Project

Construction is under way on a $12-million, 132-unit apartment complex on 3.6 acres at Orangewood Avenue and Lewis Street in Anaheim.

Manchester Court is a project of Rodriguez, Jones & Co. and is slated for completion in November.
