Commercial Scene : Corona Apartments Sold for $12.1 Million

The Baywood Villa Apartment complex at 1171 E. Baywood Drive, Corona, has been sold by Fredericks Development for $12.1 million.
The 216-unit, 19 building, two-story complex was purchased by the SBD Group Inc., Santa Ana. The Inland Empire and Orange County offices of the Hanes Co Inc. of Woodland Hills were the brokers.
