Commercial Scene : Lincoln Buys Land in Fontana Center

Lincoln Property Co. has paid $3 million for 17.6 acres in the Sierra Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana.

The Irvine-based developer plans to build four industrial buildings with a total of 385,000 square feet of space on the parcel, at Commerce Way and Santa Ana Avenue.

The Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services represented Lincoln Property and will serve as exclusive marketing agent for the planned industrial buildings. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services’ City of Industry office represented the sellers, Sierra Gateway Development Inc.
