Ram wide receiver Michael Young, an unprotected free agent, said he has agreed in terms to a contract with the Denver Broncos.
Young, 26, who earned $162,000 last season, is expected to sign a two-year deal (one year with an option) with the Broncos Monday worth almost $500,000, including signing bonus and incentives.
“Can you believe that,” Young said, “For me?”
Young, a sixth-round pick of the Rams in 1985, has played sparingly in his four-year career. He had only two receptions for 27 yards last season and finished it on injured reserve with a back injury.
