The Kuwaiti newspaper Al Rai al Amm said PLO leader Yasser Arafat will take part in talks this week between the United States and the Palestine Liberation Organization. But an Arafat aide in Tunis, Tunisia, where the PLO is headquartered, denied it. The newspaper quoted leading Palestinian sources. In Washington, U.S. officials reported receiving no indications that the Palestinian delegation would include Arafat.
