Commercial Scene : Four Oaks Apartments Sold for $10.1 Million

The Four Oaks apartment complex at 465 W. Orangewood Ave., Anaheim, has been sold for $10.1 million to Sanford Lee Simmons of Surfside.

The sale of the 12-building complex was handled by the Hanes Co. Inc., real estate brokers.
