Commercial Scene : Marketing Begun for Industrial Park Land

Following a recent $18.5-million land acquisition in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, Erin Madison Ltd. of Newport Beach has begun marketing of sites for its new 300-acre development of Agua Mansa Industrial Center.

The property, purchased from Ahmanson Commercial Development Co., is zoned for heavy manufacturing and industry, is the kick-off project for this state-designated enterprise zone.

The project is located between U.S. 10 and California 60 and three miles west of Interstate 15. The necessary infrastructure is expected to be in place in the fourth quarter of 1989.

Collins Fuller Corp., Riverside office, and AIP Commercial Brokerage were involved in the transactions and will handle marketing for the center.
