$3.3-Million Lease Signed for Offices in West Covina

Headquarters Cos. has signed a 10-year lease valued at more than $3.3 million for 16,555 square feet of office space in Hassen Development Co.’s Eastland Tower in West Covina.

The 13-story structure at 100 N. Barranca Ave. is the tallest building in West Covina, according to Headquarters Cos., a San Francisco-based company that sublets its space to smaller firms.

Headquarters Cos. was represented in the transaction by the Los Angeles and Torrance offices of Cushman & Wakefield. Hassen represented itself.
