Commercial Scene : Childers Corporate Park to Be Completed in July

A July completion date has been set for Childers Corporate Park, a $6-million, 49,500-square-foot mixed-use complex at the southeast corner of Mira Mesa Boulevard and Flanders Drive, San Diego.

The project will have four two-story office buildings with as many as 7,500 square feet each, plus a divisible, 21,000-square-foot industrial building. All the buildings are available for sale, according to the La Jolla office of John Burnham & Co. Commercial Real Estate, exclusive sales agent for the complex.

Robert L. Childers Co. Inc. is the owner and developer of the park, which was designed by the architectural firm Roy Johnson AIA. Both companies are based in San Diego.
