Drabinsky Tries Again: The Quebec Securities Commission received a new request to approve the proposed sale of Cineplex Odeon stock by a group led by Charles R. Bronfman to a group led by Cineplex Chairman Garth Drabinsky, according to Dow Jones News Service. A commission official said the request hadn’t been formally presented to the commission but was being studied by its staff. A previous request was turned down.
