Stuff Mushrooms With Blue Cheese

While guests wait for dinner, serve them Blue Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms. Select 2 dozen, good-sized caps. Wash and dry, then sprinkle lightly with salt.

Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine and 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing and 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion. Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons into each mushroom cap.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove from baking sheet and serve immediately. Makes 24 appetizers.
