Three unnamed South African diplomats must leave France by Tuesday “because of activities incompatible with their status”--diplomatic language for spying, the French Foreign Ministry said. Diplomatic sources said investigators linked the three diplomats to three Protestant militants from Northern Ireland--Noel Little, James King and Samuel Quinn--who were arrested in Paris on April 21 while trying to sell parts of a British Blowpipe surface-to-air missile to South African diplomat Daniel Storm. The latter returned to South Africa on Monday.
