Undercover Officer Is Shot

NEW YORK —
Two teen-agers were in custody Saturday, charged with shooting and critically injuring an undercover narcotics officer investigating a crack cocaine ring in Harlem, police said. The officer was listed in critical but stable condition in a New York hospital.
