Outdoor Firm Files Chapter 11: Wilderness Experience, a Chatsworth maker of outdoor clothing and equipment, said it has filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The company, which emerged from Chapter 11 protection in April, 1988, after a financial reorganization, said it has “sustained continuing losses” recently and that its working capital has been “drastically depleted.”
