Texaco Bombed in Angola

LISBON —
A bomb exploded outside the offices of Texaco Corp. and the French oil company Petromar in the Angolan capital of Luanda on Monday night, shattering windows and slightly wounding at least one person, the Angolan news agency reported Tuesday.
