The law firm of Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn announced that Los Angeles attorney Marvin Sears has become a partner in the firm’s Century City office. Sears was recently a senior partner of Shea & Gould and was managing partner of Pacht, Ross, Warne, Bernhard & Sears Inc. before its 1985 merger with Shea & Gould.
