Brazilian police have recovered 10 paintings, including works by Salvador Dali and Henri Matisse, stolen from a Rio De Janeiro art gallery earlier this month. Police said a tip-off led them Wednesday to the Rio home of an antique dealer with a long criminal record, Jose Carlos Gomes de Mattos, where the paintings were found. Police said they arrested six people, two of whom confessed to the crime. But the leader of the gang and two Uruguayans believed to be involved were not caught.
