Swedish Police Hold 15 Bombing Suspects
Swedish police have detained 15 people of Arab extraction suspected of involvement in bomb attacks against a Copenhagen synagogue and airline office in 1985, police sources said.
The 15 were rounded up last week by security police from different parts of Sweden and taken to Stockholm for questioning.
Police said several had connections to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command, which has been named by U.S. intelligence as being behind last December’s bombing of a Pan Am jet in which 270 people died.
