Circle K Seeks Buyer: Circle K Corp. announced that it is looking for potential buyers after a review of strategic alternatives. However, Karl Eller, chairman and chief operating officer of Circle K, has advised the board that he may form a proposal to acquire the company in a leveraged buyout transaction. The company said in an announcement that it had received some interest in possible acquisitions but no specific offers.
