The Food and Drug Administration has announced that a single lot of children’s Goldline Poly Vitamins with fluoride is being recalled by its maker because of potentially dangerous levels of vitamin D.

The buff-colored, orange-flecked chewable tablets, which are marked “SL320” on one side, should be returned to the pharmacy where they were purchased, the agency said.
