Tomahawk Missile Test

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. —
A 450-mile test flight of the Navy’s Tomahawk cruise missile, launched Sunday from a submarine in the Gulf of Mexico, was successful, the Department of Defense announced. The land-attack missile flew over Alabama and Florida and was recovered after a parachute landing at the test range here.
