STATE : Filipino Revolution Hero Acquitted
Steven E. Psinakis, dubbed a hero by several Philippine government officials, was acquitted by a federal jury today of charges that he conspired to transport explosives as part of a 1981 plot to destabilize the Ferdinand E. Marcos regime.

Assistant U.S. Atty. Charles B. Burch left the court without commenting. Psinakis said he planned to return to his home in Manila with his wife and children to live a normal life.
