Realignment at Pru-Bache Unit: Prudential-Bache Securities said it is reorganizing its investment and merchant banking operations in an effort to improve competitive clout. A spokesman said it involves changes in the chain of command. No employees in the division, called Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, will be laid off or be required to make significant relocations, he said.
