A judge in Caracas issued arrest warrants for four current and former executives of the Venezuelan subsidiary of Ford Motor Co., alleging abuse of foreign exchange controls. Judge Luis Guillermo La Riva identified the four as Cornelius Koreman, Guido Manuel Cassingena and Alfredo Jose Guadarrama, all current officers of Ford Motor de Venezuela, S.A., and Jose Bissogno Moreno, a former officer.
