Howard F. Thompson Associates Inc., a Newport Beach-based architecture, land planning and interior design firm, has announced four promotions to the post of senior associate: John S. Delacy, project manager; Sohrab Charna, project manager; Daniela Bogdan-Kennedy, director of planning coordination, and Leonard Malmquist, director of design.
Finance Firms
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services has announced the promotion of Brian Stoffers to first vice president and regional manager of the company’s Southwest region. Stoffers will be headquartered in La Jolla and will be responsible for the company’s Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Phoenix and La Jolla offices.
Bruce L. Megowan has been named vice president of asset management at the Yarmouth Group Inc. He will be in charge of the company’s real estate asset activities for its clients’ properties in Southern California. The Los Angeles-based firm invests in commercial real estate in the United States on behalf of domestic and foreign pension funds and other institutional investors.
Peter Nielsen has joined the National Bank of Canada’s Orange County real estate group as assistant treasurer. Nielsen will be working out of the Irvine office where he will be responsible for arranging construction loans for developers based in Orange County.
Property Managers
Anne E. Gardner has been appointed vice president of TRACCO Management Corp. of California, the West Coast property management and leasing unit of Tishman Realty & Construction Co. Inc. Gardner’s responsibilities include management, operation and maintenance of Phase 1 of the Tishman Executive Towers in Orange where her office is located. She will also oversee the management of Olympic Centre in West Los Angeles and Lantana Center in Santa Monica.
The Southern California-Arizona division of Prometheus Management Group has a new regional manager: Robert L. Boler. Based in San Mateo, Boler will be exploring new fee management business opportunities for the division. PMG manages apartments and commercial space in California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Services has promoted Angelika Harris to senior real estate manager in the Westside office.
Corporate Property Management Inc. of Long Beach has promoted Christina Svensson to property manager in the firm’s commercial division. She will manage various commercial and industrial properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Greg Gallion, formerly president of Stewart Title Co., has been named vice president, Los Angeles County sales manager, at Burbank-based World Title Co. Gallion will direct the company’s sales staff and operations in Los Angeles County.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services has appointed Steve Hougland associate vice president. He is a retail leasing and investment specialist in the Torrance office and will continue his regular marketing activities.
Marvin Smith has been promoted to sales manager at Prudential Bryant Real Estate in South Pasadena. He will be overseeing the hiring and training of new agents and all residential activity.
Edward Lorin has joined the Los Angeles office of Damon Raike and Co. as commercial investment associate. Lorin will specialize in commercial and industrial real estate sales.
The Irvine office of Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Co. has added Robert B. Stillwagon to its staff as senior marketing associate. He will focus on investments and land sales in the Orange County market.
