Two sculptures have been added to the city of Brea’s Art in Public Places 88-piece outdoor-sculpture collection. John E. Svenson’s concrete “Dolphins,” commissioned by the Investment Building Group, is located at the corner of Palm Street and Moon Stone Street. Svenson says of his work that it is “an attempt to do pleasant subject matter, something the average man can relate to.” Erwin Binder’s bronze abstract piece, “Faceless Crowd,” was selected by a representative of the Louis Co., at 895 Columbia St., where the sculpture is installed.
