Glen Allen has been appointed vice president of development for the Newport division of the Koll Co., a real estate investment firm. In his new position, Allen is responsible for land acquisition, development opportunities and marketing of Koll projects in Orange County. For the past five years, Allen has been senior development manager for the Newport division. He joined the company in 1977 as senior project manager with Koll Construction.
